Updated the governance section, simplified the private forums, and created a strategy forum for SC2

Well i know KS_Haws is going to, and my twin, we will be rocking the KS clan if it is still being used? I'm trying to get Teddy_Ruxpin to start playing again as well! so it will be some aom players and old aoe players coming back for it! stoked getting it at midnight tomorrow...I will be under KS_Nike for life!

Ya so i've been playing sc2 its pretty sweet to say the least...but i don't see a place for clans/guilds! wtf!!!!!!!!!!!!
